What data do you need?
Accounts payable or purchase-order extracts for the last 12–24 months, plus your supplier list. Extracts are enough; we sign an NDA and a data processing agreement before we start.
How much of our time does it need?
A kickoff, a few short check-ins to confirm categories and suppliers, and the final walkthrough.
What happens after?
